NEW ONLINE SHOP - LAUNCHED

NEW ONLINE SHOP ...the other implications:

1. it is the nature of the shop that we can no longer charge additional fees for a credit card - that's more good news.

2. we will NOT be increasing prices for the start of 2010 despite the fact that Canterbury wholesale prices have gone up and VAT has changed which taken together add up to 5% extra costs.

3. we will now need to charge for delivery at our standard online rates - this charge will be made even when we deliver orders to training (this does have a cost for us too!

ORDERING INITIALS  ONLINE: initials are a product in the shop; order and pay for the number of sets you need and then email us to indicate which items re to be initialled and what the initials are  - sorry the online shop can't do this bit for you!

DESPATCH - although  we may bring orders to a training session rather than post, we also use couriers rather than post for the bigger orders. Please make sure you provide a daytime delivery address; we will not just leave parcels on doorsteps and hope!

SIZES - our sizes are pretty standard; sizes given are not garment size but target body size: so a 36" is intended to fit someone that size. more details on the online shop

RETURNS POLICY  - we'll accept returns for exchange or refund within one month of order provided labels and tags are intact. Unfortunately we can't accept  returns where the item has been initialled unless garment is faulty and tags are still attached.

How to order:  We don't (yet) have a shop for you to visit and we are not always on the end of a phone... So please order online (our preference) or post, email or fax a form. Please call if you have any queries re sizes. Orders take about a week - longer if it is to be personalised.

PERSONALISATION You can have your initials on the jacket, pants, hoodie, bag and shorts.

Players in the boys and girls 14-18 group sides selected to represent the County are provided with match shirts on the day, but are expected to buy their own Middlesex socks and shorts. Tacklebag is the official supplier of these.

Some squads also prefer you to have the polo shirt or T-shirt - your team manager will advise!

All items and sizes are generally in stock but if you leave your order till the last minute and we have run out of your size you will have to wait a week or two for more stock to come in, so order in good time!

If you are unable to use your Middlesex kit (injured, overlooked ...) we will refund items not personalised, provided all swing tickets are attached.

Orders are posted out by recorded delivery or sent by courier or may be delivered by Tacklebag to you at a training session.

We can arrange for you to collect orders but at pre-arranged times only as our staff are not always on site.

Most of the "stash" is sourced from Canterbury of New Zealand; Tacklebag is an official Canterbury TeamWear elite stockist. Exceptions are the Club Middlesex t-shirt and polo which are not Canterbury branded.

You can also order additional stash at any time in the season. The optional items make great Christmas and birthday presents ...!
