1. If the item is
faulty, please accept our apologies; if you return it to us we will
replace it. 2. If we sent the wrong item, or the wrong size or colour, again, please return it and we will replace it. 3. If you wish to change the item for a different size, please return it and we will replace it. 4. Unless the error was ours, we may at our discretion charge you for postage/delivery. 5. We cannot however exchange items which have been personalised or initialled, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. |
6. If you have changed
your mind and do not want the item after all, we will refund your
purchase cost, but not the postage cost, provided:
· You do so within 14 days of receiving the item · It is unused, any swing tickets are still attached and it is clearly re-saleable · It is not personalised or initialled |
